HHN32 Continued

These are a little on the nose, but thought it would be fun to bound the rumored dueling dragons house & a general slasher theme. Remember that it is super hot in Florida, even in October. We have done stay and scream in the hot sun and been miserable until the sun went down. I always suggest looking for cooler clothes that breathes. Also wear comfortable shoes, as you’ll be walking a ton and standing in line. Links to products coming soon.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party- Bounding Boards

Both Disney Parks and Universal Parks )California & Florida) offer halloween ticketed events. They are wildly popular, and I have taken part in both events. Obviously, the MNSSHP is geared more towards kids and families, while HHN is a legit horror event and mature in nature. If you are a halloween fan, there are merits to attending both of these. At Disney, everyone can come in full costume, there is candy distribution everywhere, and special character interactions abound. I love the Hocus Pocus Show, and the parade as well. Below are some bounding boards to help you plan your outfits, if you are not about to wear an off-the-rack costume that would likely be really uncomfortable to wear all night. I'm focusing on spookier characters, but I myself actually bounded as Disgust from Inside Out. (Pictured Above)

I know there is temptation to wear her horns to complete this look. If you do, there are plenty of options on Amazon or Etsy. With that said, remember that you would need to remove them to ride anything that travels remotely fast, and a lot of people end up taking them off due to heat, or headaches. My opinion is to skip it and add some be to add some barrettes or shape your own hair to resemble the horns.

Halloween Horror Nights (2023) Bounding Boards

HHN is coming! Tickets are already on sale, and three houses have been confirmed so far. These houses will prove to be super popular, and I know that many people are taking advantage of the frequent fear passes. I for one, am a huge fan of all three of these IP (Intellectual Property)houses. Aside from the houses, there are also scare zones that you walk through around the park, and also LOTS of cool themed food carts that range from gross to cool. Even if you go and never step foot in the houses, there is plenty to see and enjoy. I definitely recommend watching the nightmare fuel show at least once, and meeting Beetlejuice.

It allows you to wear an inspired look based on a character, theme, or Movie/TV Show. Note: Costumes are not allowed at HHN- but bounding is absolutely encouraged. I will always post items that are totally practical for theme park wear. Why would you want to wear something uncomfortable to walk miles and miles in the middle of the night?
